EVEREST SHILAJIT is a natural substance from the Himalayas of Nepal, formed for centuries from the gradual decomposition of certain plants through the action of microorganisms. 

Shilajit is a proven dietary supplement that helps enhance human immunity, slow ageing, boost fertility and maintain a healthy heart and brain. 

Composition

Shilajit is composed mainly of humic substances, including fulvic acid, that account for around 60% to 80% of the total nutraceutical compound plus some oligoelements including selenium of anti-aging properties. It contains 85+ minerals in ionic form, Vitamins, Fulvic acid and phytonutrients. 

Origin/History

Shilajit has been in use since life existed on the earth. In the ancient time, yogis considered to use Shilajit for Amrita (longevity). In the past, people had been consuming it for maintaining a healthy life and well-being. Traditionally, shilajit is consumed by people from Nepal, and children usually take it with milk in their breakfast. The Sherpas claim to have shilajit as part of their diet; they constitute a population of strong men with very high levels of a healthy longevity.

How to Use/Dosage:

For adults
Take 300-500 mg of Shilajit per day for adults. Then, dissolve it into warm drinking water for around 15 minutes. You can consume it on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before your breakfast. If you like, you can also add one teaspoon of honey and one garlic clove cut into small pieces. 

Shilajit can also be consumed with milk or green tea as per your taste. 

Note: It is advisable to take once a day with 1 month ON, 2 months OFF cycle

For Children (4-15 years old)

Take 50-100 mg of Shilajit per day for children. Then, dissolve it into warm drinking water for around 15 minutes. You can consume it on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before your breakfast. If you like, you can also add one teaspoon of honey and one garlic clove cut into small pieces. 

Shilajit can also be consumed with milk or green tea as per your taste.

Note: It is advisable to take once a day with 1 month ON, 4 months OFF cycle. 

Side-Effects/Allergies:

So far there are no extreme side effects of Shilajit. To some people due to over consumption and exceeding the prescribed dose, may cause some allergic reactions and can result in itchiness, increased heartbeat rate, dizziness and nausea. Therefore, we recommend to consume this product as per the prescribed dose only. Taking Shilajit daily as per the consumption advice  can benefit your health because of its nutritious features.
